Pier Village Marketplace
Description: Extensive exterior renovations to the historic Pier Village Marketplace. Renovations included new roof, cedar and hardi-siding, new storefronts and aluminum windows as well as extensive landscaping.

Description: Corporate sales office for one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. This fast track project with an aggressive completion date was met on time and on budget. High end finishes complete with intricately detailed glass partitions, kitchens, conference rooms, and ergonomically friendly work areas were all coordinated with multiple owner vendor accounts

Description: Newly renovated Law offices in the Northwoods facility. This 21,000 sq ft fit-out was a fast paced project that had a time frame of 2.5 months. The fit-out included over 40 offices, 5 conference rooms, library, reception/lobby areas and extensive interior curtain walls.

Description: Newly renovated headquarters in the One Financial Center Plaza, formerly known as the Hospital Trust Tower. This 7,000 sq ft fit-out was a interior gut and new fit-out. The fit-out included offices, conference rooms, reception/lobby areas and extensive finishes throughout. The fit-out also included new MEP upgrades as well as an intricate sound masking system.

Ernst & Young
Description: 11,200 SF tenant fit of 8th floor space for Ernst and Young Accounting Firm. This project was to move the Ernst & Young operation from the 4th floor to the 8th floor. Scope of work included new finish carpentry work, millwork, new finishes and significant upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
